Retail Mystery Shopping Australia
Online Mystery Shopping Program Review

Comments: |
I have been doing mystery shops for RMSA for over 12 months. They are a
good source of a variety of mystery shopping assignments and they pay
reasonably well.
They have assignments for liquor stores, supermarkets, banks, clothing
stores, hardware, tool shops, car dealerships, telecommunications,
insurance. There are also quite a number of phone call assignments that
you can do from home or as part of your normal day.
You can search for assignments by the distance from your postcode
location. When you find assignment you are interested in you need to
apply for them. The go-ahead for assignments can take a while since they
are approved manually.
Waiting for assignment allocation can be a negative as you lose some
flexibility in organising your week. However they do have a good number,
and range of assignments and the person who approves your assignments
seems to be conscious of giving you jobs that are in the same area to
help you out.
Generally I would try to use the mystery shopping assignments I get
approved for with RMSA and
Hoed to plan the week and use other Mysteryt
Shopping sites to fill in the trip to a location with more assignments
to make it worth more money per trip.
For example, if I get 2 assignments from RMSA in one area for Tuesday, I
would then check
GapBuster and others for more assignments in that
area on Tuesday. That way I might get $40 for the RMSA assignments and
another $30 for the others making $70 for the couple of hours work.
Another good reason to join RMSA is the telephone assignments. Often a
phone call and a short survey gets you $10-15. Not too bad money for 10
minutes work.
RMSA pay fortnightly by bank transfer.
