AQM is an Mystery Shopping panel that specialises in phone based
assignments to assess the selling skills of call centre staff.
I have done assignments for education companies, financial products,
wine clubs and publishers.
AQM email you asking if you are interested in participating in a call
campaign, which are a series of calls over a few months.
Once you are part of a campaign, assignments are emailed to you at the
beginning of the month with instructions on when to make the call and
what scenario to follow to test the call centre. You write up the report
on the call in an online forum and submit the results.
The rate of pay is quite good, usually $15 per call. The call and the
report takes about 15 minutes, so that's not a bad hourly rate. You get
paid once a month for all the calls you have made that month and it gets
put directly into your bank account.
I like these type of assignments because it is generally possible to fit
them into the course of a normal work day without planning a specific
trip or time. It just adds an easy extra $15 to your day.... |
